OET Writing Correction Service
Who corrects my OET letter?
All corrections are performed by certified OET and IELTS instructors with extensive assessment experience. Our team has corrected over 9,500 letters since 2014. Every corrector is trained on the official OET assessment criteria developed by Cambridge Assessment English.
How do I submit my writing task?
Simply email your task to us directly after booking. We accept typed documents (Word, PDF), typed text in the email body, or clear photos of handwritten letters. Most students receive their correction within 24-72 hours depending on the turnaround option selected.
What is included in the correction?
Each correction includes: a fully corrected version of your letter, detailed feedback across all six official OET writing criteria (Overall Task Fulfilment, Appropriateness of Language, Comprehension of Stimulus, Grammar & Cohesion, Vocabulary, Organisation & Layout), an estimated grade (A-E), and a personalised Action Plan identifying your specific areas for improvement.
What are the turnaround times?
We offer three speeds: 24-hour Express, 48-hour Fast, and 72-hour Standard. The time starts once we receive your email submission.
What are your operating days and deadlines?
We process one letter per student daily, from Friday to Tuesday only. The final weekly submission cut-off is Tuesday at 9:00 PM Cairo Time (EET). Submissions received on Wednesday or Thursday will be processed starting Friday morning.
What is OET and who accepts it?
The Occupational English Test (OET) is an English language test for healthcare professionals, developed in partnership with Cambridge Assessment English. OET is recognised by healthcare regulators in the UK (NMC, GMC, GPhC), Australia (AHPRA), New Zealand, Ireland (NMBI), Singapore, Dubai, and Ukraine. Grade B (350/500) is the standard minimum requirement for most healthcare registration pathways.
How many corrections do I need to pass OET writing?
Based on our data, most students benefit from 3-5 corrections. 97% of students who complete 3 or more corrections show measurable improvement in their writing scores. The first correction identifies your main areas for improvement, and subsequent corrections help you practice applying the feedback systematically.
Pricing and Payments
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price for the correction package. Local tax/VAT may be added at checkout, as required by law for digital services. All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Fungies Inc.
Do my correction credits expire?
Yes, all writing correction credits must be used within 180 days (approximately 6 months) from the date of purchase. Unused or expired credits are non-refundable.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are generally final due to the digital nature of the service. Refunds are only considered for duplicate payments or verified technical errors preventing access. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
Free AI Tools & Limits
How often can I use the free AI tools?
Each free AI tool (OET Writing Checker, Case Note Generator, Writer's Block Helper) can be used once per day, per user. These tools complement our human correction service — they can help with grammar and structure, but cannot assess clinical appropriateness or professional tone the way a certified human corrector can.
When does the daily limit reset?
The limit resets at midnight (00:00) UTC time every day.
Why do I need to provide my email?
We ask for your email address once to unlock all free tools and to track your daily usage limit. This prevents abuse of the free service and allows us to send you helpful OET study tips (you can unsubscribe anytime).
