1. Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing WritingCorrectionService.com, a digital service provided by ScotMac LLC and operated through MotivationFeedback.com. This policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for writing corrections, digital downloads, online courses, or AI-based services.

1.1 General Terms

All sales are final due to the instant-access nature of digital services. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1.2 Writing Corrections

  • Corrections are non-refundable once a letter is submitted.
  • One task submission allowed every 24 hours.
  • Correction days: Friday to Tuesday only.
  • Final weekly deadline: Tuesday at 9:00 PM CET.
  • All credits expire 180 days after purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable.

1.3 Digital Products & Courses

  • No refunds on accessed or downloaded items, including: Self-paced or live online courses, PDF guides, templates, eBooks, Instant access feedback or AI analysis tools.
  • Live sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.

1.4 Refund Exceptions

We will consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments for the same service
  • Verified technical issues that prevent access
  • Billing errors (must be reported within 7 days)

Email support@motivationfeedback.com with your order number and a brief explanation to request a refund review.

1.5 Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first before initiating any chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed without notice, access to services may be suspended. Our secure payment processor Fungies handles dispute investigations if required.

This section outlines how we deliver our digital services, including writing corrections, online courses, and downloadable materials.

2.1 Order Confirmation

  • You'll receive email confirmation from our Merchant of Record payment processor after payment.
  • If applicable, a ZIP file with case notes and instructions will be available.
  • Our system sends a welcome email within 5-15 minutes after purchase.

2.2 Writing Correction Delivery

  • Delivery time starts once we receive your writing submission (not at time of payment).
  • You can choose between: 24h, 48h, or 72h turnaround times.
  • Corrections are delivered via email or online portal.

2.3 Submission Guidelines

  • Only one writing submission is accepted per 24 hours.
  • Operating days: Friday through Tuesday.
  • Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Final weekly cut-off: Tuesday at 9:00 PM CET.
  • All credits must be used within 180 days.

2.4 Courses & Digital Downloads

  • Access is granted instantly after payment.
  • Courses are self-paced unless otherwise stated.
  • All PDFs and templates are considered delivered once downloaded.

2.5 Troubleshooting Delivery

  • Didn't receive your confirmation or welcome email? Check spam/junk folders.
  • Email us at support@motivationfeedback.com for help.
  • We aim to resend materials within 24 hours (usually much faster).

2.6 Non-Delivery Responsibility

  • Incorrect or misspelled email address at checkout
  • Submissions made outside operating hours
  • Spam filters or inbox rules blocking delivery
  • Expired credits not used within 180 days
