1. Services Provided

We provide digital products and services including:

• OET and IELTS writing corrections
• AI-assisted feedback (optional)
• Online courses and PDF downloads
• Digital templates and study guides

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate details when placing orders or submitting tasks
• Follow all submission and correction guidelines
• Use our service only for personal, educational purposes
• Not redistribute, resell, or republish any materials or feedback

Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

3. Submission Rules & Expiry

• One submission allowed per user every 24 hours
• Corrections processed only Friday to Tuesday (closed Wed-Thu)
• Final weekly submission deadline: Tuesday at 9:00 PM (EEU Time)
• All writing credits must be used within 180 days of purchase

No refunds are provided for unused or expired credits.

4. Delivery & Access

• Email confirmation and instructions sent after purchase
• Online course access granted immediately upon payment
• Writing corrections delivered within 24h / 48h / 72h, based on your selection

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only in these cases:

• Duplicate orders (accidental double payment)
• Verified technical issues preventing access
• Billing errors made by the payment processor

6. AI-Assisted Services

• AI feedback is used to assist teachers, not replace them
• All AI-generated suggestions are reviewed by educators
• You can request human-only correction via email

7. Payment & Billing

• Payments securely processed by Fungies Inc.
• ScotMac LLC does not store your payment data
• All prices are in USD. Local tax/VAT may be applicable at checkout as our prices do not include it.

Note: Fungies Inc. is the official Merchant of Record (MOR) and tax handler.

8. Live Lessons & Course Participation

• Courses are self-paced unless otherwise stated
• Live sessions must be attended on time
• Rescheduling requires 24h notice
• Missed sessions are non-refundable

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, correction feedback, and digital products are the intellectual property of ScotMac LLC and Motivation Feedback.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

10. Service Changes & Account Termination

• We reserve the right to update or discontinue services at any time
• We may suspend accounts found violating our terms or misusing the platform
• Accounts suspected of fraud may be investigated and blocked

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Late results caused by missed submission deadlines
• Exam scores that do not meet your expectations
• Issues with email delivery, spam filters, or platform outages
